Hi @Riya, the Cognitive Activities pack helps you use Google's, IBM's, Stanford's and Microsoft's APIs, and automatically process the information that they help you extract. The package enables you to translate text from one language to another, as well as extract relevant information from a given piece of text such as the overall sentiment, key phrases, possible encountered errors and the language used. 

Although all the cognitive activities require an API key in order to be used within workflows. Regional keys can also be used with StanfordNLP Text Analysis, Google Text Analysis, IBM Watson NLU Text Analysis, and Microsoft Text Analysis. You can integrate this package into your project by these step:

Click Manage Packages >> Navigate to Official >> Search for "Cognitive" >> Select the UiPath.Cognitive.Activities package >> Click Install >> Click Save
