How do you create a link visual in Power BI

I'd like to create a report where there're 3 visuals, in the middle there's the funnel visual and at the bottom there's the line chart.

I can choose between the top 3 visuals (which are working like a filter), then the middle visual and the bottom visual will show the same filered result as the top selected visual. How do I link these visuals?

You can easily create a link between visuals. You just need to make sure that the values you use in the AXIS and VALUES for each visual come from the same table OR a table that has a relationship.

The following method shows how visuals interact in a report

  1. Select a visualization to make it active.
  2. Display the Visual Interactions options.
    • In Power BI service, select the dropdown icon from the report menu bar ribbon
    • In Desktop, select Format > Interactions
  3. In order too turn on the visualization interaction controls, you need to select Edit interactions.
  4. Power BI adds cross-filter and cross-highlight icons to all of the other visualizations on the report page.
  5. Also determine what impact does the selected visualization should have on the others. And you can also repeat this for all other visualizations on the report page which is optional.
    • If it should cross-filter the visualization, select the filter icon
    • If it should cross-highlight the visualization, select the highlight icon
    • If it should have no impact, select the no impact icon
  6. To turn on drilling controls, select Drilling filters other visuals. Now when you drill down (and up) in visualization, the other visualizations on the report page change to reflect your current drilling selection.
