How to start Zookeeper service

Hi Guys,

I am new to Kafka. I want to create a single node single broker cluster for Kafka. For that, I have configured zookeeper. Can anyone tell me how to start a zookeeper service?

Before you start the Zookeeper service, you need to install Java in your system. To start the zookeeper service, you can run the below command.

$ bin/zkServer.sh start
/usr/bin/java
ZooKeeper JMX enabled by default
Using config: /root/edureka/apache-zookeeper-3.6.2-bin/bin/../conf/zoo.cfg
Starting zookeeper ... STARTED
