How to start Kafka server

I have configured the Kafka server. I want to start the Kafka server. How can I start the server?

Hi@akhtar,

You need the start your zookeeper service first. Kafka server will contact the zookeeper server internally. If it is down, then you will not able to start the Kafka server. To start the server, you can use the below-given command.

$ bin/kafka-server-start.sh config/server.properties
