Explain to me the HUE

I am kind of new to Big-Data and am interested to learn about it. In the meanwhile, I came across HUE, I learnt that it is like a UI between the components of Hadoop Eco-System but I need to learn more about it so that I could find a way to install this on my Ubuntu system. I am running Hadoop in pseudo-distributed mode and am currently working with Pig and Hive components.
