Do you learn from your organization or do you just learn by yourself and apply it in your work?

It depends on the domain you are working and the training provided by the company to you.

If the training has given you knowledge then you can work from that knowledge just with higher creativity

Whereas if training is not good, then you can always reach out to seniors in the same domain to ask or learn from them or even through various means.

My company provided me good basic training so, I'm comfortable with basics and learned advanced my myself and do company work.

Hey,

I don't think this perception is good because you can learn many things from your surroundings. Yes, it depends on your team or group you are working. Your efforts matters of course but when you are working as a team them, then you should discuss and move forward with your work.
