Well yes, It's Quite normal and necessary for employees to keep upgrading themselves with new tools and current technologies for their growth in career. As the year passes new tools and technologies are growing and stepping over the older traditional or existing tools that are used in the market and also the Survival of the fittest!!

So its definitely yes to your question!!

Hi,

This is very much important to always upgrade yourself when you are in an IT sector or any sector. You have to learn new technologies to make your future career, not a stack. It will be good for you if you keep on upgrade yourself for your own sake. People will only see your knowledge when you will apply later to some different company.

Yeah, this question answer is yes forever. As technologies are increasing and new products are arising and some are vanishing. The employees get outdated. To keep your position, you need to grow youuuurself.

So you have to keep updating yourself to keep your place in this busy IT world.

Many roles where people have to fight for to get the job like catching a fast running bus.
