The "Export to PDF" feature in Power BI Desktop or Power BI Service allows you to export the report as a PDF. The formatting and contextual information of the Smart Narrative visual will be preserved, just as it is on the report page. Sharing this with stakeholders who would rather have a read-only copy of reports
You can manually copy and paste the text from the Smart Narrative visual into Word if you need to include the narrative in a Word document. You can reformat or annotate the textual insights as required for formal reporting, but the interactivity is lost.
Use Power Automate or Power BI Paginated Reports: You can use Power BI Paginated Reports or integrate Power Automate to export report pages, including Smart Narrative, to Word or PDF on a schedule for more automated and formatted exports (such as recurring financial reports).
