How to delete a project from Google Cloud Console

It seems that, from Google Cloud Console there is no way to delete a project.

Follow these steps to delete a project from Google Cloud Platform 

• Go to console.cloud.google.com
• Select your project 
• Select IAM and Admin
• Click settings in the in the left side bar nav
• Click SHUT DOWN ( Delete Project)
• Enter text per instructions to confirm project shutdown

After clicking shut down, you'll see the final dialog popup with instructions on what type to confirm.
