Downloading tableau workbook from tableau server with data

Question

I'm brand new to tableau server. I was wondering whether it was feasible to download a tableau workbook with data from the tableau server (which is tied to a live SQL database)? Essentially, I'd want to have a downloadable packed tableau file that I can hand around for demonstrations without having to login to the database each time.
