how to get text invoice amount etc from images jpgs of different types different bills of different pages or sizes using uipath

You can use load image activity and specify the image path in that activity. It will return an image variable that can be passed to one of the ocr engine and it will return a string. Doing some string manipulations will help you extract the needed information out of image.
