Linux error bash install sh Permission denied

I'm trying to install CodeDeploy agent and I execute this line.

./install

Throws the following error:

bash: ./install.sh: Permission denied

I also tried sudo ./install.sh

Got the following error:

sudo: ./install.sh: command not found
