timeout issue when trying to connect instance with putty

0 votes

Hi Team,
I am trying to connect the instance via putty. I've made all the required changes(
changing inbound and outbound rules by giving access to ip from anywhere) but I'm still getting timeout issue. How i am supposed to access jenkins?

Hey @Ali, You might not have enabled the SSH access for your instance and add a rule that allows inbound traffic to your public IPV4 address

Have a look at the official docs for a detailed explanation.
