Error saying localhost 3001error When trying to run a build - Jenkins

I was trying to run a website from jenkins. The website is checked-in at: https://github.com/edureka-devops/selenium-website.git
One of the way to run this,
On Jenkins, simply type ?./build.sh? in execution shell after pulling from git repo
its not working when i am trying at my system (windows 10), I'm getting 

localhost:3001error

Please help me to complete this task.

There are two possible issues with this problem. One, the image that you're trying to pull is a Linux image and it will not get pulled and second you might have some internet issues so check up on your network.
