Error when trying to start host on Oracle Virtual Box

0 votes

I have installed Oracle Virtual box and imported edureka host VM. When I try to start host, getting below network error.

Error:

Could not start the machine edureka_host_vm because the following physical network interfaces were not found:
VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter #2 (adapter 2)
You can either change the machine's network settings or stop the machine.

You have to enable the virtualization technology in the BIOS of your local system in order to start the VM. Follow these steps:

Reboot your machine.

  • Before your machine starts loading your operating system, press F2 (or button which says setup).
  • This will open Bios settings on your machine.
  • You may find an option in your BIOS named Intel virtualization or Intel vt-x.
  • Enable it and save the changes.
