How do you ensure knowledge transfer when a team member is replaced

0 votes
What's the best way to handle knowledge transfer when a team member leaves and someone new steps in? I want to make sure important information, ongoing projects, and key processes don't get lost in the transition. If you've been through this before, what strategies have worked for you to keep things running smoothly?
