Is there use for the Scroll Lock button anymore

The scroll lock button seems to harken back to the halcyon days of the green terminal. Is anyone still utilizing it? Should the 101-button keyboard be replaced by one with 100 buttons?

I use it all the time on Unix terminals. It is quite handy when something catches my eye when I'm tailing a log file.
