Rename database name in sql server management studio 2014

Question

The database I use is called "ip ent site." And I want to rename it, perhaps to "ip ent site1."

I have done right-click and rename, but it keeps on failing. This is the error message:

This is as a result of open transactions. If those transactions can be terminated, using this SQL query will be simple.

ALTER DATABASE ip_ent_site
SET SINGLE_USER WITH ROLLBACK IMMEDIATE
GO
sp_rename 'ip_ent_site', 'new_db_name' ,'DATABASE';
GO
ALTER DATABASE new_db_name
SET MULTI_USER
GO
