Why is SQL Server Agent not starting

On top of Windows Server 2012, I recently installed SQL Server 2014. However, SQL Agent does not launch after installation. Can someone please explain to me how to address this problem? Screenshot for the same from PFA.

This is due to the fact that you installed SQL Server Express, which does not support SQL Server Agent in this version and installs the service but prevents it from functioning. SQL Server Express is indicated by the instance name SQLEXPRESS. To utilize SQL Server Agent, you must have one of the premium SQL server editions.
