How to turn off Auto Refresh on Stock Price Data Type in Excel

Question

Since yesterday, my excel files are automatically updating the Stock Prices.

And for my use, that is really bad.

It updates randomly after a while that im using the excel file, or when I open it

What can it be?

It is happenning in all the files and it didnt happen before, is there any configuration that im not aware of?

How do you stop Excel from automatically update stock prices?

1. Right-click a data type > Data Type > Refresh Settings.
2. In Data Types Refresh Settings, select one of the data types in the workbook to expand it.
3. Select one of the options to apply it to that data type. You can either refresh when you. open the file, manually, or. automatically every five minutes.
