I'm familiar with and utilise a few colour names such as 'white,' 'blue,' and 'red,' but is there a comprehensive list of HTML/CSS color names?

Aqua, black, blue, fuchsia, grey, green, lime, maroon, navy, olive, purple, red, silver, teal, white, and yellow are some of the colours available. Please keep in mind that various browsers may display different hues for the same colour name.
