I wanted to install Java 11 on my Windows 32-bit System.

I've searched this Official Java 11 Download Page doesn't contain any download for a 32-bit system.

There is no 32 bit operating system.You need to buy new laptop.

Java has officially stopped releasing x32 bit versions of JDK since Java 8. So you have to upgrade the Operating System inorder to use Java 11.
