Save excel as pdf changing its orientation to horizontal

Question

I have an excel sheet with too many columns, so when I save it as a PDF the file its in too many pages and its not easy to read . I need to save the sheet as pdf but before I want to change its orientation to horizontal so I can read the pdf with no problem. Is the same you can do when you print but I want it when I save an excel file as pdf. Is there any option I can choose?

 I dont mind if someone gives me a code for a macro using my selection as an object.

To begin, go to the page layout ribbon and select 'orientation.' Choose a landscape. Then, from the file menu, choose 'Save as Adobe PDF.' Your spreadsheet has now been saved as a landscape PDF.

That's the short answer, however there are a few formatting considerations you should make. To begin, ensure that your spreadsheet columns do not exceed the width of your page. If they do, the 'overflow' columns will be duplicated on extra pages. Second, including grid lines in a spreadsheet output makes it much easier to read.

To do so, select the border tool from the Home ribbon's 'font' section. You may then add grid lines and even format them to make them easier to read. You can also utilise one of Excel's prefabricated layouts by going to the'styles' section of the home ribbon (these work really well if you have a colour printer).
