I'm setting up new Ansible control node, I need initial steps, to get server access (password less, DB with password access), from Ansible control node.

My setting up (Install Ansible and configure ), new ansible control node, I need suggestions to configure Ansible to get password less access to all the servers (servers are having different users) , and in case of DB servers I need to get password access, kindly provide the steps, it will be really helpful.
