IBM Cloud DevOps - Eclipse Orion IDE not working correctly

My eclipse orion is not working properly. When i try to open it, it shows a message "loading resources" and then just gets stuck.

follow these steps

Step 1- open dev-tools

Step 2- run localStorage.clear() in the console

Try cloning the repository into your desktop, use any editor, change the code, commit and push.
