It lacks DevOps-centric features such as virtual machine provisioning, container orchestration, and automated monitoring and alerting—the heart of DevOps workflows.
• Similarly, Salesforce is one of the largest cloud platforms for CRM and enterprise applications, but it is not designed to meet the needs of DevOps. Even though it has development tools for customizing applications for CRM and despite having various infrastructure and deployment tools, its integration of these infrastructure and deployment tools is not deep enough to meet the requirements of application lifecycle management of DevOps in its full capacity.
