Agile Manifesto

In the year 2001, 17 people got together for a research in the US to discuss the streamlining of software development process, and they did not agree on many things. But they agreed on four princples, and this is known as the agile manifesto

1. Individuals and interactions over processes and tools.

2. Working software over comprehensive documentation.

3. Customer Collaboration over contract negotiation.

4. Responding to change over following a plan

Agile Principle

The fundamental of the Classic Waterfall model is that it tries to eliminate any uncertainity by planning upfront. On the other hand, iterative development embraces uncertainty with short iterations.
