I have one account. I thought this was a different thing for Google & I accidentally subscribed. I want to just delete this whole Google Cloud Console whatever it is. It's stressing me out. I don't want to delete my google account or my google billing. I just want to unsubscribe to whatever this is. I don't have $397 to pay & I don't want to anyway. It wasn't what I was looking for.
You meant you have two google cloud accounts? One that you accidentally subscribed to? Is that your query?
I just did the same by mistake, how did you delete?

Have a look at this to delete your GCP account.https://cloud.google.com/support/docs/close-account

Hope this helps!

There's no need to delete the account, you can delete the default project.

Select the project from the drop-down menu.

Just go the IAM & Admin section in the left taskbar.

Click on the shut-down button.

Your work is done.

Deleting your GCP account is same as deleting your Google Account.

You delete your account in a similar way.

By deleting GCP you mean deleting the running project? If that is the scenario then you can detach all the attached resources and then delete all the services that you are using. This way you will not be charged for anything. Because GCP is a pay as you use Cloud Service. Hope this helps

What  do you mean by all the resources.
Resources here means the VM's that you may have created, the storage that you would have used etc.

If by deleting you mean closing your project running on GCP, then

Go to your developer account select project from drop down then go top right corner click three dots icon and select project settings and then click on shut down.

You can shut down projects using the GCP Console or the projects.delete() method.

This method immediately marks a project to be deleted and sends a notification email to the project owner. A project that is marked for deletion is not usable. After approximately 30 days, the project will be fully deleted. To stop this process during the 30-day period you can stop the process of deletion.
