What is the use of audit trail plugin in Jenkins

I have a Jenkins server on top of AWS EC2. I don't know about the audit trail in Jenkins. Can anyone tell me what is the use of the audit trail plugin in Jenkins?

Hi@akhtar,

Audit Trail Plugin keeps a log of users who performed particular Jenkins operations, such as configuring jobs. This plugin adds an Audit Trail section in the main Jenkins configuration page.
