How to create ECS service on VPC network using Ansible Playbook

I have created an ECS cluster. I want to create an ECS service using Ansible Playbook. How can I do that?

An Amazon ECS service enables you to run and maintain a specified number of instances of a task definition simultaneously in an Amazon ECS cluster. You can manage the services with the help of Ansible Playbook, as shown below.

  ecs_service:

    name: console-test-service
    cluster: new_cluster
    task_definition: 'new_cluster-task:1'
    desired_count: 0
    network_configuration:
