In earlier days when server were just started to be found necessary for cooperates, many system administrators prefer manually configuration of the servers as software were made prior to the era of version control. That’s why each and every server is slightly different than the other. This technique of manual configuration of servers is being practiced for long but somehow it wasn’t popular.
