For the python idle 3.8 it's better to work with Pycharm. You can even work with Jupyter, Anaconda, you can go for official website anaconda. Com.

You can download anaconda 3.7, First, u have to download the Anaconda installer, If you are using Windows 64bit operating system you can download it
