Is there any way for accessing the pipeline in Azure VM

Question

I want to know like I have created a self hosted Integration Runtime in the VM, then do I have to create a pipeline in the ADF in IR and then access it in the Azure VM?

The integration runtime (IR) is the compute infrastructure that Azure Data Factory uses to provide data-integration capabilities across different network environments. I think you have to create a pipeline. You can get details information in the official document of Microsoft.
