How to change gasLimit on Azure private blockchain

I have to deploy a smart contract on azure blockchain. I am not able to submit my transaction because the gasLimit
parameter on azure is set by Microsoft in genesis.json file. I am not able to change it? How to change it?

Before deploying your network on Azure you are asked whether u want to use a custom genesis file or default microsoft file. If you choose custom file then you can make changes easily. But if you choose default microsoft file, microsoft do not provide a way to let you make changes to that file as of now.
