Hi Guys,

I have created one repo file to download the metadata of the software. But it is showing me the below error.

Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux Modular 8 - x86_64     0.0  B/s |   0  B     00:00
Failed to download metadata for repo 'epel-modular'
Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'epel-modular'

How can I solve this error?

Hi@akhtar,

Before running dnf repolist command, try to clean the cache of your dnf command. You can use the below-given command.

$ sudo rm -r /var/cache/dnf

I hope this will solve your error.
