Pinging to AWP EC2 Instance

Hi, Sorry for asking this again because I think there are several threads about this problem. I have tried the common solution but I still cannot ping to EC2. I'm not sure if I have to make some more configuration. Can you help me?

Here's my setting for inbound rules:

The instance public address is: ec2-3-19-75-53.us-east-2.compute.amazonaws.com

In command prompt, I run: ping ec2-3-19-75-53.us-east-2.compute.amazonaws.com

So normally, it is supposed to ping successfully, right?

Check your VPC settings. Sometimes Network ACLs also don't allow external traffic to your EC2 instance
