MapReduce Job is failed Job failed as tasks failed failed Maps 1 failed Reduces 0

Hi everyone

This is an error that I'm getting when executing MapReduce job. It map and reduce the tasks 100%, but after that it shows that the Job is not successful.

Can anyone please answer me where I'm doing wrong?
