I am encountering a 404 error while trying to delete a bigquery dataset. How to troubleshoot it?

This error usually occurs when you are trying to delete a dataset that is in use currently. This error might probably also occur when you try to delete a job that is currently running.

To troubleshoot it, empty the dataset before attempting to delete it, or wait for a job to complete before deleting it.
