creation of channel

I am facing in creation channel, please help me

 ../bin/configtxgen -profile TwoOrgsChannel -outputCreateChannelTx channel.tx -channelID my channel -artifacts

Did you check the problem mentioned in the error log? Do you have a configtx.yaml file in the path mentioned?
