When i execute a Selenium Script using Firefox, the firefox opens up but it doesn't redirect the the URL. Below is the error which is displayed on the Eclipse Console:

Webdriver Unable to connect to host 127.0.0.1 on port 7055 after 45000 ms.

I added latest selenium jar (3.141.59), geckodriver (v0.24.0) and Firefox 68 but to my bad, I see the same issue browser launches but dosen't accepts the URL and after some time throws error in eclipse console as "org.openqa.selenium.firefox.NotConnectedException: Unable to connect to host 127.0.0.1 on port 7055 after 45000 ms. Firefox console output:"...

Does anybody has a solution, to this. On googling I see some reply where they mentioned to downgrade to Selenium 2.53. But I want to use the latest selenium jars.

Hi Vinu, have you tried checking the Selenium Jar files compatibility with Gecko Driver and Firefox browser? Check for the versions of Firefox browser and Gecko Driver which are compatible with Latest Selenium Jars. I hope this would resolve your issue.
Is there any specific location from where I can check for the compatibility

This issue generally happens due to incompatibility between Firefox and Selenium Version. If you are using the Latest Version of Firefox Browser, then make sure that you have the Latest Gecko Driver and the Latest Version of Selenium Jars added to your Java Project.

You can download the Latest Versions from the below links:

(i) Mozilla Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

(ii) Gecko Driver: https://github.com/mozilla/geckodriver/releases

(iii) Selenium Jars: https://goo.gl/LtVMqu

Hope this helps !
