Sqoop exclude tables

How to exclude tables in sqoop if I am trying and I am getting this error:

sqoop import-all-tables -m 12 --connect "jdbc:mysql://mysqldb.edu.cloudlab.com/yelp_db" --exclude-tables 'photo,tip'--username=labuser --password=edureka --warehouse-dir=batch194/Esxclude
