How does the Automation Anywhere client communicate with the server

I want to know how we can connect to the control room/ server from the locally installed Automation Anywhere Client?

You can connect to the automation anywhere from the client by using the Repository option. But first, you need to add the local host under the devices section. To do this:

1. Navigate to DEVICES > My devices.
2. From the action buttons, click Add localhost as a device. The AutomationAnywhereNodeManager_v1_0.exe file is downloaded to the local machine.
3. Run the downloaded file.
4. Refresh the table to find the added local machine

After this on the main client window click on repository option and using this you can directly upload tasks to the control room, download tasks from the control room and also compare the tasks on the server with the one on the client.
