What is the salary structure for fresher in Telecom

I am pursuing my degree on Telecommunication, but people say that the salary structure in Telecom sector is vulnerable. Can anyone give a proper view on how the salary structure in this sector?

Hey,

The initial pay scale for fresher in telecom engineering starting from Rs. 12,500 to Rs. 20,000 per month. And this will increase by service and experience. Both private and public sectors in telecom are providing jobs for fresh telecom engineers. 

Generally as a fresher, it is somewhat difficult to select field. Telecom has many different working area. So before selecting telecom, search for appropriate working area in telecom. Few companies will have less salary at joining and few will have good.
