Hey @Rajat, A Network Load Balancer (NLB) enables you to distribute the load to multiple nodes, and thus enables an overall better performance of your Orchestrator instance. Additionally, if one of the nodes fails, the rest pick up the load, thus ensuring you have no downtime. A network load balancer is mandatory if you want to deploy Orchestrator in a cluster, taking advantage of a high availability model.
Usually an F5 load balance with a predictive algorithm is recommended, as the load is distributed to nodes that perform better, and therefore, offers a better overall performance of Orchestrator.
