EC2 response request timeout

I want to connect EC2 on Windows Server 2012 R2 Base, after I create the EC2, I connect it,but I get EC2 response request timeout message. I am using chrome to access the EC2. What else can I do to use the EC2?

Typical things to check when trying to connect to an EC2 instance:

Security Groups: The inbound/ outbound rules

Public IP Address: Whether an IP is assigned or not

Public Subnet / Routing: The subnet is accessible or not

AMI Operating System
