Should I include references on my resume?

Yes, if the employer requests them or if you know that the employer like to see them with your application. Otherwise, it is a matter of personal choice. If you don't have a lot of work experience but have excellent references who can talk about the quality of your work and they are well respected/influential in your community.

It works, just make sure people whom you add to your resume know about it and should have more than 2 years of experience then only it is considered.

Hi Pallavi, its your choice depending on the people (references) that you are adding and the reason.

It would be useful when they are known are from an known and reputed profile or designation with good experience.

Giving any references would give them information on your work experience and your connections.
