How to restore an EC2 instance from a snapshot created

Question

I have a windows instance and I had created a snapshot and then I was working with some files and then it started working in a wierd way. Can I restore my EC2 instance to that point when I created the snapshot?

Hello @Anjali, Yes you can restore an EC2 Instance using EBS Snapshot. All you need to do is:-

1. Create an AMI from the Screenshot.

2. Select all the configurations.

You are ready with your Instance.
