There's a typo in your command:

Right command:

custdata = load 'module5pig/cust.txt' using PigStorage(',') as custid:int,fsname:chararray,lsname:chararray,age:int,prof:chararray);

Your command:

custdata = load "module5pig/cust.txt" using Pigstorage(",") as (custid:int,fsname:chararray,lsname:chararray,age:int,prof:chararray);
