Can freshers apply for the job of Azure Cloud Engineer

As a freshers can I apply for the job of Azure Cloud Engineer? I am currently in 4rth year and know about Azure.

Azure Cloud Engineer is a job where you require a very crisp knowledge on Azure and its services. The work load there are intense and require experience to handle such situation like migration, creating plans to execute migration with limited resources etc. Creating security parameters and handling databases etc.

I really dont think that they entertain the freshers actually. All the different places that I during my selection process searched about this said that people need 3+ years of relevant experience. All the best.
