Sqoop version compatible with Hadoop 0 20

I am getting started with Sqoop. So, I was wondering that is Sqoop 2 compatible with Hadoop 0.20? Which version of Sqoop should I start with?

Apache Sqoop has 2 major projects i.e. Sqoop 1 & Sqoop 2. Sqoop 1 is fully developed project and is compatible with all the major Hadoop distributions i.e. Hadoop 1.x & Hadoop 2.x.

Sqoop 2 project is still in the development phase and many of the functionalities present in Sqoop 1 is still in development in Sqoop 2 like all the major RDBMS connectors are not present in Sqoop 2, Kerberos security authentication is also still not present, Data transfer from RDBMS to Hive/HBase is missing.

The last stable version is Sqoop 1.4.7 & Sqoop 1.99.7 is not yet fully functional & the features are not completed yet.
